I applied coursework knowledge in Computer Hardware & Software to integrate firmware updates and troubleshoot hardware issues, ensuring systems had the latest features and security patches. Collaborating with a technician, I gained hands-on experience in software development and firmware customization. I constructed and tested RJ45 cables, designed system racks for deployment in Smithsonian museums, and implemented various system devices, including PDUs, routers, switches, and UPS units. My organizational skills, strengthened through Database Management coursework, allowed me to efficiently track inventory, including serial numbers and MAC addresses, ensuring seamless system operations.
I offer expert technical support to clients via phone and email, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently. I assist with software installations, conduct remote sessions to address technical problems, and monitor client systems to prevent outages. I also analyze application server logs daily to ensure optimal performance and address any irregularities.
